Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products and Custom Photo Services

1. Digital Downloads

1.1. Automatic Delivery:

  • Your purchased digital content is automatically delivered to your email immediately after successful payment
  • By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that:
    • Delivery begins automatically after payment
    • You lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins
    • No refund will be possible after the automatic delivery process starts

1.2. No Refund Policy:

  • Due to the automatic and immediate nature of our delivery system:
    • No refund period is available for digital downloads
    • The purchase is final once payment is completed

2. Custom Photo Services (Retouching and AI Generation)

2.1. Service Agreement:

  • By ordering our custom photo services, you acknowledge and agree that:
    • The final delivery will be in digital format
    • Due to the nature of digital deliverables, no refund will be possible once work begins
    • Each project is custom-made based on your specifications

2.2. Service Process:

  • Upon payment:
    • We will begin working on your custom request
    • The service is considered accepted and in progress
    • No cancellation or refund will be possible
    • This policy exists because we deliver digital content that cannot be “returned” or “unused” once delivered

2.3. Service Completion:

  • Final files are delivered digitally via email
  • By nature of being digital content, delivered files cannot be returned
  • No refunds are available after delivery

  • Technical failure preventing delivery of files
  • Service impossibility (if we cannot process your request before beginning work)
  • Corruption of delivered files
